Compliance and Transparency
At D.V.Q. Holding s.r.l. – together with D.V. Inox s.r.l. and S&S Stainless FZE (Dubai) – we believe that sustainable growth is built on legality and integrity.
For this reason, we have adopted the Organizational, Management and Control Model (MOG) pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
What does it mean?
The Model 231 is a system designed to:
- prevent the risk of unlawful conduct,
- ensure clear and transparent rules,
- safeguard our reputation and that of our partners.
Sensitive areas
We have established specific procedures and controls for:
- relations with Public Authorities,
- accounting, financial reporting and cash flows,
- workplace health and safety and environmental compliance,
- corporate and IT crimes.
Independent oversight
An Independent Supervisory Body constantly monitors the implementation of the Model, manages reports (whistleblowing), and ensures transparency towards the Board of Directors.
Rules for everyone
The Model applies to directors, employees, contractors, and business partners.
A disciplinary system enforces compliance with the rules and the values set out in our Group Code of Ethics.
